The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring end-to-end execution of gifting programs, employee rewards, and festive campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate gifting, employee reward programs, and institutional jewellery sales. Strategically approach and pitch Bhima's offerings to HR heads, procurement managers, and CXOs in corporates and institutions. Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, prospect lists, and potential clients across various sectors (IT, banking, healthcare, education, etc.). Product Promotion & Proposal Management: Promote Bhimas diverse range of offerings including jewellery collections, gift cards, corporate vouchers, and customized gifting schemes.
