Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive Gifting & Institutional Sales

Job Summary:

Corporate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate gifting, employee reward programs, and institutional jewellery sales.
  • Strategically approach and pitch Bhima's offerings to HR heads, procurement managers, and CXOs in corporates and institutions.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, prospect lists, and potential clients across various sectors (IT, banking, healthcare, education, etc.).

Product Promotion & Proposal Management:

  • Promote Bhimas diverse range of offerings including jewellery collections, gift cards, corporate vouchers, and customized gifting schemes.
  • Design tailored proposals for festive gifting, long service awards, loyalty programs, and employee recognition campaigns.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and product demos for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and budgets.

Sales Closure & Execution:

  • Lead sales negotiations, draft commercial terms, and close high-value deals in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely order processing, customization, packaging, and delivery in collaboration with the design, marketing, logistics, and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of deals, contracts, client communications, and invoices.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all corporate gifting queries, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage post-sale client interactions, feedback collection, and support for ongoing engagements.

Market Intelligence & Innovation:

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments in the corporate gifting and jewellery space.
  • Recommend and implement innovative schemes, product ideas, and seasonal promotions to stay competitive and relevant.

Targets & Reporting:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for corporate sales and gifting vertical.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide timely reports and forecasts to management.

Brand Representation:

  • Represent Bhima at corporate networking events, trade exhibitions, HR forums, and industry meetups to enhance visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand-building activities specifically targeted toward the corporate audience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:

    3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, institutional sales, or similar domains.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal abilities with a client-centric approach.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Background:

    Candidates with experience in luxury goods, jewellery, retail, or gifting sectors will be preferred.
