Job Description & Expectations

We are looking for a dedicated content writer to create content for the Enterprise customers to achieve tangible business outcomes, which includes product descriptions, services descriptions, business descriptions, and regular weekly posts on events/offers/discounts/new launches/updates, etc. The content writer's responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed and regularly updating these descriptions for all the businesses. The candidate should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content.

Pro-Manage Enterprises & Boost - Content Operations:

1. Work on profile content

   of all existing and new customers of Sulekha who want to enhance their presence in Google, Bing, and others as we add on.

2. Work closely with social management teams

   to deliver customer value– besides working closely with customer
3. Closely work with the internal and other cross-functional teams including the central design team, central keyword research team and marketing teams to deliver value.
4. Conducting in-depth research on industry-related segment in order to develop original content.
5. Developing content for product descriptions, services descriptions, business descriptions, and regular weekly posts on events/offers/discounts/new launches/updates, etc.
6. Assisting the operations team in developing content for the Promanage campaigns.
7. Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
8. Editing and polishing existing content to ensure value delivery for the customers
9. Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to Promanage profiles
10. Creating compelling Product & Post Titles that will capture the attention of the target audience.
11. Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the Promanage customer profiles

Education, Professional and Personal Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems
