Job Title: Content Writer – B2B SaaS (Payroll & HCM) Experience: 3 to 5 years About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled and versatile Content Writer with a strong background in B2B SaaS and HR/Payroll technology to lead our content initiatives. This role demands more than just technical writing, we’re looking for a storyteller who can craft compelling long-form blogs, case studies, whitepapers, ad copy, and newsletters that resonate with enterprise buyers . If you’ve written for SaaS platforms, understand the buyer journey, and can translate complex concepts into content that drives awareness and conversion, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging content across formats: long-form blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, email newsletters, ad copy, landing pages, and more. Develop thought leadership around Payroll, HCM, and enterprise HR tech, highlighting client pain points and how our solutions address them. Collaborate with product marketers, consultants, and technical teams to translate insights into impactful narratives. Own and optimize the content calendar to align with campaign objectives, SEO strategies, and product launches. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all content. Support demand gen efforts by producing targeted content for each stage of the marketing funnel. Measure and improve content effectiveness based on engagement metrics and conversion data. Requirements: 3–5 years of content marketing or technical writing experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven ability to write for enterprise audiences in HR, Payroll, or ERP domains (Oracle Fusion HCM experience is a plus). Strong portfolio of long-form and short-form content that drives engagement and supports marketing goals. Deep understanding of SEO best practices , CMS platforms, and content analytics. Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams. Ability to take complex technical topics and create clear, accessible content for business decision-makers. Nice to Have: Experience developing sales enablement content (e.g., battlecards, solution overviews). Exposure to product-led content (feature launches, how-to guides, demos). Understanding of performance marketing and content’s role in paid campaigns. Familiarity with HR/Payroll platforms and their buyer personas. Show more Show less
