About The Opportunity

A fast-growing organisation operating in the digital marketing and creative services sector, delivering performance-driven content, brand storytelling, and SEO-led campaigns for clients across B2B and B2C verticals. We help businesses scale digital presence with measurable content marketing and conversion-focused copy.We are hiring a Digital Content Writer to join our hybrid team in India—ideally with prior experience working inside a digital agency environment.Role & Responsibilities
  • Create high-impact, audience-first content across formats: blog posts, landing pages, email, social, and ad copy that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars and briefs aligned to SEO and campaign goals; coordinate with designers, SEOs, and account teams to execute timely deliveries.
  • Optimize content for on-page SEO and readability — implement keyword targeting, meta tags, internal linking, and structured content for SERP performance.
  • Edit and proofread content to meet brand tone, style guides, and client requirements; ensure consistency and error-free delivery for client review.
  • Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized assets for social and email; support creative ideation and A/B test concepts to improve engagement metrics.
  • Track content performance with analytics; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve traffic, time-on-page, and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Proven experience working in a digital agency (portfolio of client work required).
  • Strong copywriting and content strategy skills with demonstrable SEO outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other CMS for content publishing.
  • Practical knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to measure content performance.
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO, keyword usage, and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to produce SEO-friendly, conversion-focused content under tight deadlines.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO.
  • Experience with content briefs, UX writing principles, and conversion copywriting.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for formatting and content markup.
