Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to lead and execute content and social media strategies while managing both internal creative teams and external clients. This hybrid role combines the creativity of a writer, the foresight of a strategist, the savvy of a social media expert, and the leadership of a manager.


Key Responsibilities:

 Content Strategy & Development

Design and implement comprehensive content strategies across platforms (web, social media, blogs, campaigns).


Conduct content audits and competitive research to improve tone, messaging, and positioning.


Align content strategy with marketing and branding goals.


 Content Writing & Copywriting

Write clear, compelling, and engaging content for blogs, websites, social posts, campaigns, ads, and landing pages.


Create SEO-optimized articles and copy that drive traffic and engagement.


Maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms.


 Social Media Management

Plan and execute monthly content calendars for all key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).


Manage social campaigns from ideation to execution and analytics.


Monitor trends, track performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.


 Team Management

Lead a small team of our employees.


Conduct brainstorming sessions, set goals, assign tasks, and provide feedback.


Foster a collaborative, creative, and productive work environment.


 Client Handling & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.


Understand client goals, brief teams accordingly, and ensure delivery aligns with expectations.


Present strategies, reports, and creative ideas to clients with confidence and clarity.


Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.


1+ years of experience in a content-driven role; agency experience is a plus.


Proven portfolio of diverse writing work (blogs, ads, social copy, long-form).


Experience managing social media accounts and tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).


Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and digital marketing.


Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.


Creative thinker with strategic insight and strong attention to detail.


Nice to Have:

Basic design sense or familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.


Experience with paid social media campaigns.


Knowledge of CRM/email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
