Role Overview

Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Research deep, original content ideas for clients & UrbanXDigital.
• Write

  high-impact video scripts

  and hooks for reels, shorts, and branding content.
• Plan and manage

  monthly content calendars

  across platforms.
• Post, schedule, and manage social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
• Analyze competitors, trends, insight tools, and audience behavior.
• Come on camera to create educational, storytelling, trend-driven content.
• Develop content frameworks aligned with brand voice and business goals.
• Maintain originality (use tools/AI only for support, not dependency).

Requirements

• Strong content writing + research skills.
• Ability to write sharp, catchy, story-driven

  video scripts

• Understanding of social media algorithms, audiences, and content performance.
• Good communication & camera confidence (must be willing to speak on camera).
• Ability to ideate content for business, marketing, startups, and education categories.
• Mindset of a

• Basic video editing (CapCut/Adobe/DVN).
• Understanding of filming basics (framing, lighting).
• Has own personal content page or creator experience.
