Job Title: Merchandiser Location: Gurgaon, India Key Responsibilities Track open orders and ensure their timely delivery. Create vendors and negotiate contract terms, including agreement and pricing. Review the quality of purchased products and suggest improvements to enhance product quality. Generate reports and maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery details, and invoices. Prepare purchase reports, including cost analysis and comparison of orders vs. supplies. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and maintain sufficient stock of high-demand products. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay informed about industry trend What are we looking for Proven work experience as a similar role. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and strong clear communications. Good knowledge of Software and MS-Office, Supply chain process. Solid analytical skills, with the ability and Negotiation skills, Product cost control process. Vendors Coordination and follow up for dispatches and sample development etc. In-depth understanding of jewellery materials, designs, manufacturing processes, and market trends. A keen eye for detail with a passion for quality, design aesthetics, and market demands. Good knowledge of handling jewelry launches from strategy to design selection.
