Zavya is charting strategic growth into silver, gold and lab‑grown diamond categories, while enhancing its omnichannel retail experience.

Role: Business Analyst (Full-Time)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

CTC: As per industry standards

Start Date: Immediate

What you’ll do

Lead cross-functional data-driven initiatives that impact growth, product, operations and marketing.
Support the management into data driven decision making.
Own business performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across teams.
Use Advanced Excel/G-Sheets, Python, SQL, and other BI tools to solve business problems and influence strategy.
Collaborate with design, tech, and leadership to translate insights into action.

What we’re looking for

Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and strong Python and SQL proficiency
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Big-query and Vertex AI), Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven ability to take ownership in a high-growth startup environment.
0–1 year of experience in analytics, product, or startup roles preferred.
Preferred Qualification

B.E./B.Tech from a premier institute or relevant work experience.
