Role: Business Analyst (Full-Time)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

CTC: As per industry standards

Start Date: Immediate

What you’ll do

• Lead cross-functional data-driven initiatives that impact growth, product, operations and marketing.
• Support the management into data driven decision making.
• Own business performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across teams.
• Use Advanced Excel/G-Sheets, Python, SQL, and other BI tools to solve business problems and influence strategy.
• Collaborate with design, tech, and leadership to translate insights into action.

What we’re looking for

• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and strong Python and SQL proficiency
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Big-query and Vertex AI), Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to take ownership in a high-growth startup environment.
• 0–1 year of experience in analytics, product, or startup roles preferred.
• Preferred Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech from a premier institute or relevant work experience.
