Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive process improvement initiatives within the sales department. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to analyse current sales processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to optimize sales performance and overall business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of sales operations, and the ability to lead change management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Analysis:

    Evaluate current sales processes, tools, and methodologies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Insights:

    Collect and analyse sales data to provide actionable insights, recommendations, and forecasts to improve sales performance.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives:

    Design, recommend, and implement new processes or refine existing ones to streamline sales operations and increase productivity.
  • Collaboration with CEO:

    Work closely with the CEO to align process improvement strategies with the company's overall business objectives and vision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements and to gather input from all key areas.
  • Performance Metrics:

    Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales efficiency, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Automation & Technology:

    Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation tools to improve sales tracking, reporting, and execution.
  • Change Management:

    Lead change management efforts by communicating changes, training sales teams, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct market research to benchmark best practices in sales processes and identify competitive opportunities.
  • Report Generation:

    Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO, summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations for ongoing sales improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within sales or process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership.
