What You'll Do:

Deliver delightful customer experiences through calls and chats

Resolve queries with empathy and efficiency

* Collaborate across teams to improve CX touchpoints

* Help build a support system that genuinely cares about customers

Lead and execute multiple projects while handling daily responsibilities.

What You Bring:

* 2+ years of customer support experience

Excellent communication and people skills

Excel
