About the Role:-

We're looking for a talented Content Strategist to join the OHRIA AYURVEDA team! This role combines storytelling, strategy, and project management to create content that boosts brand positioning, drives engagement, and fuels business growth across all our platforms.

You will collaborate closely with Senior Marketing Management, designers, video editors, production teams, freelancers, and agencies to deliver high-impact content across all platforms.

Education & Experience:-

- Bachelor's/Master's in Mass Comm, Journalism, Marketing, English Lit, or related field

- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or Brand Management a plus

- 2-4 years of experience, with 1-3 years in digital content strategy, social media, or marketing comms

- Beauty, wellness, health, or lifestyle sector experience preferred

Must-Haves:-

- Strong English skills with brand writing and conceptual thinking

- Proven track record in social media content, ad copy, long-form writing, and video scripting

- Experience managing large content calendars and cross-functional project timelines

- Knows Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, YouTube, CRM, Influencer marketing, and ORM inside out

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning:-

- Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that supports brand campaigns, product launches, and performance marketing efforts

- Create content calendars (monthly, quarterly, annual) aligned with business objectives

- Stay on top of modern content trends, integrating formats like reels, shorts, podcasts, influencer content, and expert-led content into our strategy.

Content Development & Execution:-

- Create and manage engaging content for social media, website, CRM, YouTube, and in-clinic branding, simplifying complex medical info into compelling stories

- Oversee expert videos, social videos, influencer content, and YouTube videos - scripting, editing, and ensuring brand consistency

- Craft high-quality copy, captions, scripts, ad copies, articles, and digital messaging that resonate with our audience

- Ensure brand tone, accuracy, and compliance across all communications

Production & Coordination:-

- Manage content production from ideation to deployment, overseeing scripting, shoots, approvals, and rollout

- Coordinate with teams, agencies, freelancers, and production partners to bring content to life

- Support content shoots, including expert videos, clinic visuals, transformation stories, and testimonials

Performance & Quality:-

- Deliver consistent, fresh, and high-performing content across all channels

- Leverage analytics and insights to optimize content and meet campaign goals

- Stay agile and responsive to trends, brand moments, and topical opportunities, ensuring content stays relevant and impactful
