Role Description


Content Strategist


Strategic Planning & Ideation

Content Production & SEO

copywriting and scriptwriting


●      Oversee SEO best practices including keyword strategy, metadata optimization, content structure, and internal links.


●      Support video and graphic production by creating briefs, scripts, storyboards, and narrative frameworks.


Workflow, Operations & Publishing

scalable content workflows

●      Publish and optimize content via CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, etc.).

●      Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across all communication touchpoints.

●      Lead content repurposing efforts to extend reach and maximize ROI.


Cross-functional Collaboration

●      Work closely with marketing, product, design, branding, and sales teams to ensure messaging alignment and unified storytelling.

●      Coordinate influencer, PR, and partnership content as needed.


Analytics, Optimisation & Reporting

●      Use analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, Meta Insights) to track performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.


AI analytics tools


●      Adapt content strategies based on data, platform algorithm changes, and user behavior.


Governance, Quality & Compliance

●      Ensure compliance with legal, copyright, and regulatory requirements.


Oversee localization and cultural adaptation of content when needed.


Qualifications

●      3 - 6 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, editorial planning, or related roles.


●      Strong command of copywriting, storytelling, and narrative building and design thinking.

SEO and SEM


●      Proficient with CMS platforms and collaboration tools.


●      Experience working with creative teams and managing multi-format content (video, design, long-form, social).


●      Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Adept with content design and layout tools like Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, etc)
