Investing is stressful and emotional. Building & growing wealth is difficult and time-consuming. Most individuals struggle with managing their investments and money. Our goal is to help individuals grow their wealth without the stress, time, and costs involved in a traditional investment. At Dezerv, we are building a platform that leverages our decades of investment expertise to help individuals invest better for their future.

Role Overview

We're looking for a content writer who lives at the intersection of finance and storytelling. Someone who can explain why the RBI's rate decision matters over morning coffee, turn a quarterly earnings report into a compelling narrative, and make complex market movements feel inevitable in hindsight.

This isn't a role for corporate speak or generic market commentary. You'll be creating content that India's most successful professionals actually want to read. Content that arms them with insights they can use in boardrooms and dinner conversations alike.

Key Responsibilities

A. Newsletter & Long-form Content

• Research and write the signature

• Own and evolve the

  , producing original insights that showcase our expertise and thought leadership

B. Market Commentary & Analysis

• Create quick-turnaround content responding to market events, policy announcements, and economic developments
• Write deep, research-backed

  Twitter threads

  that break down complex economic events into digestible insights
• Track and analyze market trends to develop recurring content franchises like

  Chart of the Week

  , LinkedIn/Twitter polls, and data visualizations
• Contribute market commentary and expert quotes for PR opportunities and industry stories

C. Social Media & Founder Content

• Write compelling captions for Dezerv's corporate social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit and Instagram
• Craft hook-worthy, thought-provoking content for Dezerv's founders and leadership on LinkedIn that drives engagement and establishes thought leadership
• Develop content that positions our founders as definitive voices in wealth management

D. Content Repurposing & Formats

• Transform newsletter content into carousels, infographics, and short-form video scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Adapt long-form insights into snackable formats optimized for different platforms
• Experiment with emerging content formats to maximize reach and engagement

E. Research & Collaboration

• Stay ahead of economic calendars, earnings seasons, and policy announcements to identify content opportunities
• Collaborate with investment team to ensure accuracy and add depth to market analysis
• Work with design team to create visually compelling content assets
• Support PR initiatives with quotes, commentary, and thought leadership pieces.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial content writing, economic journalism, or fintech content marketing
• Strong grasp of financial markets, economic policy, and investment concepts
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to simplify complex financial topics without dumbing them down
• Portfolio demonstrating long-form financial writing, market commentary, or investment analysis
• Self-starter who can identify content opportunities from market events and news cycles
• Ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Active consumer of financial content across newsletters, podcasts, and social media

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in financial journalism or business reporting
• Experience writing newsletters or managing content franchises
• Understanding of hookworthy, compelling short form scripting
• Familiarity with primary sources of data and research
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and content ideation
