Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy and Development

  : Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and craft 360-degree marketing campaigns backed by research and insights.

• Creative Ideation

  : Develop campaign taglines, themes, and creative communications tailored to brand messaging and target audiences.

• Influencer Marketing Activities

  : Design innovative and unique influencer-driven activations to amplify campaign reach and engagement.

• Problem-Solving

  : Analyze brand challenges and provide customized marketing solutions to address pain points effectively.

• Pitch Deck Creation

  : Utilize tools like Canva to create visually engaging and persuasive pitch decks for presenting strategies to clients.

• End-to-End Campaign Management

  : Take ownership of the campaign process from receiving briefs to developing strategies, creating decks, pitching ideas to clients, and overseeing execution.

• Content Writing

  : Write engaging scripts for Digital Video Content (DVC), Reels, and social media posts that align with the campaign narrative and audience preferences.

• Trend and Insights

  Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, marketing and social media trends, and emerging technologies to create innovative campaign ideas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content strategy preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills, with proficiency in crafting compelling scripts and copy for digital platforms.
• Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or other design and presentation platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to pitch ideas effectively to clients.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and influencer marketing strategies.
