Job Description: As a Content Strategist at PALSONS DERMA, you will play a vital role in leading the development of content marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing exhaustive research to understand all customer personas thoroughly. - Conducting extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends. - Creating specifications and content tailored to the brand's customer personas. - Developing content pillars and sub-pillars. - Planning the editorial calendar and content proposition. - Collaborating with content management teams, creative teams, and writers to execute the strategy. - Supervising writing style and tone for all content. - Establishing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice consistency. - Creating an editorial strategy for consistent content delivery across all platforms. - Conducting regular content audits. - Tracking and evaluating content ROI. - Ensuring that the content strategy aligns with business objectives. - Improving content delivery and promotion strategies. - Analyzing content marketing effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry. - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - Proficient understanding of content marketing principles, including strategy, creation, and optimization. - Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools. - Analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools to measure content performance. Nice to Have: - Experience with SEO principles and keyword research. - Knowledge of email marketing automation platforms like Marketo, CleverTap, or WebEngage. - Certifications in content marketing, such as HubSpot or American Marketing Association (AMA).
