This position is responsible for auditing the content written by Writers and evaluate the content as per pre-defined rubric. Prior experience of quality audits is mandatory
1) Audit content for quality and process compliance; identify and correct defects.
2) Recommend and implement corrective actions to meet quality standards.
3) Ensure adherence to client-defined quality benchmarks.
4) Conduct retraining and refreshers as needed.
5) Develop and manage calibration processes.
6) Analyze audit results to identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
7) Provide insights for process improvements and support operational teams.
8) Deliver insightful reports with commentary on trends and key metrics.
9) Monitor trends and offer analytical inputs to stakeholders.
10) Review process documentation and performance data.
11) Collaborate with training teams to enhance quality programs.
12) Track effectiveness of quality initiatives and stay updated on industry best practices.
13) Offer feedback and improvement suggestions based on content trends and writer behavior.
1) 2–3 years of QA experience.
2) Strong understanding of QA processes.
3) Flexible for 24/7 shifts, especially night shifts and peak periods.
4) Excellent English communication skills.
5) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6) Self-driven with minimal supervision.
7) Quick grasp of policies and procedures.
8) Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities.
9) Analytical and problem-solving skills.
1) Six Sigma or Lean certification (a plus).
