About Us YouTube for Brands is a content-first digital marketing agency helping companies grow their brand visibility on YouTube. We specialize in ideating, scripting, shooting, and scaling video content for a wide range of Indian brands. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a proactive Content Manager to join us and take the lead on end-to-end content coordination and execution across our YouTube channels. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential guests or collaborators who align with the channel’s brand and audience. Casting & Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct pre-interviews with guests, ensuring they’re aligned with the episode narrative and purpose. Communication & Channel Representation: Clearly communicate the vision, purpose, and audience of each channel and video concept to stakeholders and guests. Shoot Planning & Coordination: Schedule shoots, coordinate with production teams, and ensure all logistics (location, gear, guest availability) are in place. Channel Management: Oversee publishing calendars, monitor video performance, and manage overall growth strategy across two YouTube channels .  Who You Are A natural communicator and extrovert who enjoys meeting new people and making conversations. Strong in sales or pitching ideas —you can confidently sell a concept or video idea to potential collaborators or guests. A quick learner with a growth mindset , open to experimenting with new formats, platforms, and workflows. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across parallel projects. Bonus Points If You Have: Prior experience working on YouTube or other video-first platforms.
