What You’ll Do

• Design 

  eye-catching thumbnails

   that drive high CTR across YouTube and Instagram
• Create strong, brand-aligned visuals for shows, formats, and IPs
• Work with video editors to add graphic elements, lower thirds, transitions, and title animations
• Build visual identity systems for multiple content formats
• Analyze what’s working visually across top creators, and beat it

You’re Perfect for This Role If You:

• Are obsessed with 

  design that performs

• Know your way around 

  Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Understand 

  content thumbnails

• Have an eye for color, layout, and emotion — and know how to make something “clicky”

• Love working with video teams, not just designers
• Are fast, self-driven, and love feedback
