You will support the execution of strategic marketing campaigns through structured coordination, content development, and stakeholder alignment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience coordinating across digital platforms and tools.You’ll contribute to the development of campaign assets, ensure content quality and compliance, and manage publishing workflows across email, social, and web. The role also involves supporting co-branded initiatives and ensuring contract-aligned execution for joint business relationships.
Responsibilities
Content Development and QA
- Assist in development of campaign themes and overall strategy
- Draft campaign emails, social posts, and website pages using templates and aligned with overall marketing strategy
- Develop social media content for thought leadership and case study assets
- Perform QA checks (links, branding, audience, compliance) across content types
- Coordinate C3 submissions and manage stakeholder reviews
Contracting and Joint Business Relationships
- Ability to read and understand complex contracts, ensuring deliverables fall within the scope of the contract
- Navigate consultation process for Joint Business Relationships
Execution Support and Scheduling
- Submit email and web updates in Workfront and track approval stages
- Coordinate publishing and implementation of campaign assets
Co-Branding and Compliance Assistance
- Assist in brand reviews, OFRO consultations, and final archiving of materials
- Ensure content is saved with correct metadata in SharePoint repositories
Team Responsibilities
- Assist with prioritization, understanding timelines and ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor and report on capacity constraints to leadership
- Ability to work with and deliver to multiple stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring stakeholders remain informed
Job Requirements And Preferences
Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, content coordination, or campaign operations and experience managing a teamEducation and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degreeLanguage: English (Oral & Written)
Tools Proficiency
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Workfront, Sprinklr, Canva, and Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with brand compliance in professional services is beneficial
