About the Role: Define and execute a content strategy tailored to distributing and elevating news content across digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to grow brand authority and audience engagement. Write, edit, and curate high-quality news content—including summaries, insights, multimedia posts—that aligns with brand voice and platform best practices. Set voice and tone guidelines customized for LinkedIn and similar channels, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for LinkedIn and social platforms, integrating news, thought leadership, trends, and interactive elements. Collaborate with Communications, Product, Marketing, and PR teams to synchronize major announcements, product news, and trending topics for optimal reach. Optimize content using LinkedIn analytics and KPIs—e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth, click-through rates. Implement SEO and platform-specific optimization strategies to enhance visibility and discoverability. Monitor platform trends, competitor content, and industry news—adjusting the strategy to stay agile and relevant. Provide regular performance reports, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: 2–5+ years in content strategy, editorial roles, or digital content management—with experience managing corporate or brand presence on LinkedIn or comparable platforms. Strong writing, editing, and content curation skills, especially for news or business-related topics. Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn content formats (articles, posts, newsletters) and best practices. Proficiency in analytics and data-driven content optimization. Collaborative mindset, able to work across marketing, communications, and digital teams. Bonus: familiarity with AI-powered content tools or experience in tech communications.
