Role Overview

creative, detail-oriented Content Developer

The role combines on-ground brand storytelling with structured digital execution, ensuring content aligns with campaign goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• On-site Content Creation:

• Capture daily visuals — photos, videos, and reels — featuring artisans, processes, products, and customer stories.

• Content Ideation & Execution:

• Plan creative content ideas aligned with digital marketing calendars and ongoing campaigns.

• Brand Storytelling:

• Craft authentic narratives around craftsmanship, heritage, and design inspirations for social media and web platforms.

• Cross-team Coordination:

• Serve as the single point of contact between the client and Kluger Kopf’s digital and martech teams for briefs, approvals, and deliverables.

• Digital Support:

• Assist with caption writing, content scheduling, and digital uploads across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

• Trend Monitoring:

• Track fashion and luxury content trends to integrate into brand storytelling.

• Performance Insighting:

• Coordinate with the digital analytics team to understand what content drives engagement and conversions.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on skills in

  photography, videography, and basic editing

  (DSLR or mobile-based).
• Familiarity with tools like

  Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, or InShot

  .
• Strong aesthetic sense and passion for

  Indian crafts, textiles, and luxury branding

  .
• Excellent communication skills in

  English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)

  .
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working on-ground with creative and production teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Mass Communication, Visual Arts, Marketing, or Design

  .
• 1–3 years of experience in

  content creation, fashion, lifestyle, or digital marketing

  .
• Freshers with strong content portfolios are encouraged to apply.
