Develop instructional strategies using ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning theories. Create storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and handouts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline (and similar tools) and will be responsible for building engaging, media-rich digital learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate . Convert storyboards into interactive courses with animations, quizzes, and branching scenarios. Ensure LMS compatibility (SCORM/xAPI) and troubleshoot technical issues.
