Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional with a diverse skill set to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, client-handling, and presentation skills, and have a proven track record of managing social media, writing, and preparing high-quality reports and presentations.


A bilingual (Hindi & English) professional with a passion for research, political awareness, and adaptability is desired.

Key Responsibilities:


Communication & Client Management:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong presentation skills to convey ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships.

Report & Presentation Creation:

  • Expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and comprehensive reports.
  • Attention to detail and clarity in data representation.


Social Media & Content Writing:

  • Managing social media channels with a focus on engagement and growth.
  • Strong scriptwriting skills for content creation across platforms.
  • Bilingual content writing in Hindi and English for diverse audiences.


Research & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong research skills, particularly in relation to political trends and government schemes.
  • Ability to compile, analyse, and present information clearly.

Crisis Management:

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage crises effectively.


Availability & Flexibility:

  • Accessible and available for clients and team needs, with the ability to work flexible hours and shifts when required.


Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of political and governmental schemes.
  • Prior experience in social media management, client dealings, and report writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software.
  • Bilingual fluency in Hindi and English.


Additional Skills:

  • Crisis management experience.
  • Comfortable with working in shifts and managing priorities effectively.


Requirment

· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

· Bachelors’ degree in any stream.
