Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include creating engaging content for various channels such as social media, websites, and newsletters, developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional events, and managing online campaigns. The individual will also be responsible for monitoring content analytics, collaborating with the team to enhance student engagement, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop engaging content for social media, email, website, and campaigns
  • Plan, schedule, and manage multi-platform content calendars
  • Assist with marketing strategies and campaign execution
  • Capture and edit photo/video content for brand storytelling
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Support event marketing and promotional initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with social media trends and platform best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves

  • Basic design or video editing experience
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO and email marketing platforms
