Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Finance & Accounting:

Record and maintain daily staff and student attendance using spreadsheets.
Track attendance to compute cover lessons and coordinate with students to ensure lessons are logged and covered in a timely manner.Maintain and update daily payment logs.Prepare and send tuition reminder invoices, and follow up to complete outstanding payments.

Administrative Support:

Send lesson reminders and exam-related messages to clients.
Manage email correspondence related to accounting and administrative tasks.Support the admin team with general record-keeping and documentation tasks.

Social Media:

Assist with logging and tracking social media activities and engagement.
