Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with a passion for accounting and bookkeeping? Crossroads School Of Music is seeking a talented Accounting intern to join our team! As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of financial management while contributing to the success of our music school.

Utilize Google Drive and MS-Excel to maintain and update financial records and reports.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Manage email correspondence related to accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Assist with attendance management for students and staff.
Support collections efforts by contacting clients for outstanding payments.
Collaborate with the admin team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes and procedures.
