This hybrid role blends academic teaching and institutional coordination to ensure the smooth execution of music production programs. Key Responsibilities Teach and mentor students in Music Production, covering areas like DAWs, mixing, synthesis, and live workflows Coordinate academic operations, including timetables, attendance, evaluation tracking, and curriculum delivery Act as a liaison between management, faculty, and institutional partners for project planning and implementation Support and contribute to the development of national and international academic collaborations Oversee the execution of events, practical sessions, workshops, and student showcases Ensure communication flows effectively across all stakeholders—students, staff, and administrative bodies Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related discipline 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in music production Proven ability in academic coordination or curriculum administration Strong knowledge of music production tools (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, etc.) Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Willingness to relocate or travel to different Crossroads campuses or partner sites as needed Desirable Attributes Experience developing syllabi or academic frameworks Exposure to international music education environments or collaboration platforms A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive projects independently Compensation Remuneration will be competitive and based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, with scope for performance-based progression.
