Content Creation and Management Specialist

Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creation and Management Specialist to oversee all media-related content for our products, services, and personal branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, growing organic followers, and maintaining high engagement across platforms. This role requires strong collaboration with the Business Development (BD) team to align content with market trends and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Creation:
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content (videos, graphics, blogs, reels, posts) for products, services, and personal branding.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, industry trends, and audience preferences.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, etc.).
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Organic Growth & Community Engagement:
  • Increase followers and engagement through creative storytelling, hashtag strategies, and interactive content.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build a loyal community.
  • Content Scheduling & Management:
  • Maintain a content calendar and schedule daily posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer for efficient posting.
  • Website & Blog Coordination:
  • Work with the BD team to update website content and publish blogs on industry trends, case studies, and product updates.
  • Ensure SEO optimization for better search visibility.
  • Trend Analysis & Innovation:
  • Research competitors and trending topics to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Suggest new content formats (live sessions, polls, user-generated content).
  • Visual & Multimedia Production:
  • Coordinate with designers/videographers for professional visuals (product photos, demo videos, infographics).
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Track KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic) and present insights to the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO tools, and social media analytics.
  • Knowledge of paid ads (Meta/Google Ads) and email marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to algorithm changes.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with BD, design, and leadership teams.
