Consulting Specialist

As a Principal Consultant specializing in Lead to Revenue Advisory with over 15 years of experience, your role will involve reviewing value chain models for Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) functions, studying current processes, assessing gaps, and recommending best practices based on specific project and client requirements. You will be responsible for championing and implementing new value chains at various client organizations, advising Chief Revenue Officers and Chief Sales Officers on Customer Engagement, Sales, and Revenue management processes, and driving transformation programs around Lead to Cash. Additionally, you will assist Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams with solutioning expertise on sales pursuits and delivery engagements, provide thought leadership through white papers and speaking slots at events. To excel in this role, you should have 10-15 years of experience with core skills in Quote to Cash or Lead to Cash processes. We are seeking individuals who have led Advisory and Consulting engagements, advised CXOs or their stakeholders on Lead to Cash strategies, and have experience in transformation programs across industries like Manufacturing, Hitech, CPG, and Life Sciences. Proficiency in areas such as Sales and Marketing, Pricing & Complex CPQ, Billing, Revenue Management, CRM processes, data models, and integration concepts is highly desirable. Strong foundational knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle Biz Suite, SAP, and D365, as well as experience with SAAS platforms such as C4Hana, Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, will be advantageous. Your role will also involve mentoring and developing team members, leading deal cycles, contributing to thought leadership, and presenting white papers at industry forums. Excellent skills in presentations, articulation of ideas, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed are essential for success in this position.,
