This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP CRM Sales and Service modules along with SAP SD, and the ability to work effectively in US shift hours. Candidates with prior experience supporting US customers in implementation and AMS projects will be given preference. The ideal candidate should possess a strong consulting mindset, be adept at managing client expectations, and deliver value-driven solutions across SAP CRM landscapes including S/4HANA environments. Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end SAP CRM Sales and Service implementation and AMS projects. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional designs and scalable solutions. Configure CRM components including Service Orders, Contracts, Complaints, and Web UI roles, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SD and ECC modules. Participate in S/4HANA transformation initiatives, with a focus on CRM-related activities. Coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements using industry best practices. Provide guidance during system testing, user training, and hypercare support phases. Experience: 8 to 18 years of experience in SAP CRM with strong exposure to SAP SD, S/4Hana and ECC integration. Proven track record of delivering at least two full-cycle SAP CRM implementations & Support Projects. Experience in supporting clients in industries such as Retail, Apparel, Trading, Automobile, or Rental services. Exposure to S/4HANA environments, CRM Middleware, Fiori apps, and cross-functional integration. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience working with US-based clients is a strong advantage. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Architect with 5 - 10 years deep expertise in SAP solutions and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Design, configure, and optimize solutions across SAP CRM, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC). Integrate SAP solutions with external systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services. Work with development teams to design cloud-native applications and services leveraging AWS infrastructure. Support data integration, system migrations, and end-to-end solution architecture. Conduct system analysis, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions for business processes. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions for business and technical teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, architects, developers, and quality assurance to ensure solution alignment. Stay updated on SAP and cloud technology trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experience: 5 - 10 years of IT consulting or solution delivery experience. Proven expertise in SAP CRM (sales, service, marketing modules), including customization and integration with third-party systems. Deep understanding of SAP Marketing Cloud, with hands-on experience in Campaign and Segmentation modeling using CBO (Contact Business Object). Proficient in designing and managing SAP CPI iFlows for seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems. Experience with SAP CRM-Middleware, BDoc monitoring, and troubleshooting integration issues. Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and integration best practices. Experience working with SAP BTP services (Kyma, CAP, Workflow, Integration Suite, etc.). Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex system landscapes. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certifications in CRM, Marketing Cloud, or BTP. Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud security. Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Exposure to customer data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
