Job Description

As the Head of Business Consulting & Intelligence, you will lead Tradetronix s end-to-end consulting engine powering research, strategy, and execution insights for clients across 15 industries and multiple geographies. You ll oversee a hybrid team of human consultants and AI agents, delivering actionable intelligence and strategic guidance that drives real-world business outcomes.
This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who thrives at the intersection of advisory, analytics, and innovation.
1. Consulting Delivery Leadership
Design and lead client advisory projects across strategy, operations, market entry, turnaround, and scale-up
Define structured consulting frameworks (diagnostics, strategic playbooks, impact roadmaps)
Oversee quality and timeliness of client reports, presentations, and insight packs
2. Business Intelligence Development
Build and scale research pipelines using AI agents for market data, competitor analysis, and financial modeling
Develop industry-specific intelligence briefs and dashboards for internal use and client delivery
Partner with AI & Data team to automate research, benchmarking, and valuation workflows
3. Team Building & Oversight
Recruit and manage a cross-functional team of consultants, analysts, and domain specialists
Coach team on client engagement, structured thinking, and storytelling
Co-lead consultant training, SOP creation, and knowledge sharing systems
4. IP & Methodology Creation
Develop proprietary consulting methodologies, strategic canvases, valuation templates, and diagnostic models
Build vertical-specific consulting products (e.g. Startup Market Entry Kit , Manufacturing Optimization Framework )
5. Client Engagement & Growth
Co-lead strategic conversations with enterprise and startup clients
Identify cross-sell opportunities across Tradetronix verticals (capital, branding, automation, etc.)
Contribute to thought leadership: white papers, webinars, industry panels
Ideal Profile
  • 8-12 years in business consulting, strategy, or intelligence (MBB, Big 4, Tier-1 consulting firms, or founder-led boutique firms)
  • Proven experience leading high-value advisory engagements
  • Strong business acumen across 2 3 industries (e.g., manufacturing, fintech, real estate)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on with tools like Power BI, Notion, Excel, AI-driven research agents
  • Good-to-Have:
  • Exposure to startup studio or venture builder models
  • Experience in writing thought leadership or working with AI-assisted research
  • Familiarity with M\&A, growth strategy, or digital transformation consulting
