## **About the Role**
The **Chief of Staff / Executive Program Manager*(CoS/EPM) will serve as the founder s strategic right hand, ensuring alignment, velocity, and excellence across Tradetronix Global s multi-sector and international business operations. This role is not administrative it is **CEO-level program execution**, leadership operations, and enterprise governance rolled into one.
You ll act as the **bridge between strategic vision and on-ground execution**, orchestrating cross-functional teams, investor interactions, board-level governance, and OKR accountability across consulting, AI agents, M\&A, venture capital, ship repair, hedge funds, and more.
### 1. **Founder s Office Operations**
Manage founder s strategic calendar, executive briefs, and key internal and external communications
Serve as gatekeeper and execution lead on high-priority initiatives
Draft and coordinate founder-level decks, memos, and investor updates
### 2. **Enterprise Program Management**
Own cross-functional OKRs and project tracking across all verticals (startups, consulting, ops)
Coordinate with 12+ heads of departments to align priorities, dependencies, and timelines
Track execution of board-level decisions and strategic goals
### 3. **Investor & Board Readiness**
Assist in preparation of investor memoranda, board decks, and term sheet follow-ups
Keep all capital raise-related workflows on track: legal, financial, structuring, timelines
Own cap table coordination, equity instruments, and compliance statuses
### 4. **Strategic Hiring & Culture**
Act as executive sponsor for recruitment of VPs, heads, and high-leverage team members
Drive onboarding programs, SOPs, and founder-led cultural initiatives
Ensure clarity of roles, vertical charters, and startup-level velocity is maintained
### 5. **Operational Rhythm & Governance**
Establish weekly review cadences, vertical health dashboards, and escalation mechanisms
Ensure deadlines, milestones, and priorities are tracked and reviewed with discipline
Report status summaries and red flags to the Founder & MD weekly
## **Ideal Candidate Profile**
6 12 years of experience in executive program management, consulting, or startup ops
Experience working directly with CEOs/founders or in a Chief of Staff role
Demonstrated experience managing multi-project workflows and holding CXOs accountable
Exceptional written, visual, and executive communication skills

**Salary**: 35 50 LPA (India)
**Performance Bonus**: Based on execution velocity and cross-functional delivery
**Growth Path**: Chief Operating Officer or Strategic Chief of Staff to Chairman
**ESOPs / Profit Share**: Available based on long-term commitment
