Head of AI Systems & Automation TRADETRONIX

### **About the Role**

As **Head of AI Systems & Automation**, you will architect and implement the AI backbone of Tradetronix s hybrid model. You ll lead the development of AI agents, automation tools, and system integrations that power 15 verticals ranging from consulting and M\&A to branding and BPO.

This is a **hands-on leadership role** ideal for a senior AI/ML engineer or automation architect who wants to design scalable systems from scratch while leading a future-facing AI team.

### 1. **AI Agent Architecture**

* Lead the development of modular, reusable AI agents for business use cases (research, legal, branding, M\&A, analytics)

* Build an internal framework to manage agent logic, data flow, LLM interactions, and plug-ins

* Create standard templates and APIs for easy vertical-level customization

### 2. **Automation Infrastructure**

* Identify automation opportunities across departments (back-office, sales, research, reporting)

* Develop and deploy RPA (robotic process automation) bots and AI-powered workflows

* Integrate AI agents with productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Airtable, CRM)

### 3. **System Integration & Engineering**

* Work closely with Head of Ops and PMO to implement AI systems in day-to-day execution

* Build secure, scalable backend systems with cloud-based deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)

* Ensure low-latency performance and reliability of AI/automation stack

### 4. **Team Building & Management**

* Hire and lead a small but elite team of AI engineers, automation specialists, and prompt engineers

* Collaborate with heads of verticals to co-develop AI tools relevant to each domain

* Build internal knowledgebase and documentation for AI systems

### 5. **Innovation & AI Strategy**

* Stay ahead of LLM, RAG, AutoGPT, agent-based system trends

* Test and implement next-gen AI technologies like voice agents, real-time copilots, autonomous workflows

* Guide overall AI roadmap with measurable ROI and scalability focus

## **Ideal Profile**

* 7 10 years experience in AI/ML, backend automation, or intelligent systems

* Strong knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering

* Experience building agentic systems using LangChain, AutoGen, or custom stacks

* Strong coding skills (Python preferred) and familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud infra

* Ability to balance speed with long-term architecture thinking

### Good-to-Have:

* Experience in SaaS, consulting automation, or startup studios

* Exposure to enterprise security, AI ethics, or regulatory AI use

* Familiarity with AI-based UI/UX tools and dashboard integrations
