Job Description

**Type**: Full-Time | Mid-to-Senior Leadership | Core Ops Team

**Reports To**: Chief Strategy Execution Officer (CSEO)

**Start Date**: Within 30 45 Days

## **About the Role**

As **Head of BPO Backoffice Ops**, you will lead the establishment and scaling of centralized Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and internal back-office operations for Tradetronix Global and its 100+ AI-Human vertical teams. You will develop SOPs, staff key functions, implement shared service models, and ensure process optimization across HR, finance, CRM, documentation, analytics, compliance, and customer success.

This is a mission-critical execution role focused on operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and process automation.

## **Role Clarity Key Responsibilities**

### 1. **BPO Shared Services Setup**

Build and operationalize an internal BPO/backoffice hub for Tradetronix s core and industry-specific verticals

Standardize and deploy shared services across finance, HR, legal, admin, procurement, CRM, and analytics

Partner with AI teams to hybridize manual tasks with intelligent automation tools

### 2. **Process Design Optimization**

Design robust, scalable, and documented SOPs for all support and service functions

Define SLAs, KPIs, and audit/control mechanisms for quality assurance

Apply Lean/Six Sigma or similar frameworks to eliminate inefficiencies

### 3. **Talent Acquisition Management**

Hire, onboard, and train back-office staff across levels and domains

Create workforce plans for 100+ hybrid AI-human agents across 18+ sectors

Define shift-based operations, resource utilization, and training matrices

### 4. **AI-Human Coordination Layer**

Serve as the key human-side operations coordinator for AI agents across all industries

Implement dashboards for tracking human-AI productivity, error rates, and task completion

Integrate workflows between strategy teams, industry heads, client interfaces, and backoffice execution layers

### 5. **Vendor, Infra Compliance Management**

Oversee procurement, licensing, and IT infrastructure (VPNs, CRMs, ticketing systems)

Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure data security, privacy, and audit readiness

Partner with external BPO providers for overflow or specialized tasks, if needed

## **Ideal Candidate Profile**

### Must-Have:

8 15 years in BPO, shared services, or back-office operations leadership

Proven track record in setting up or scaling centralized service teams

Deep process expertise in CRM, finance ops, HR, ticketing, and compliance

Experience with AI process augmentation, workflow tools, and dashboards

### Good-to-Have:

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean Management certification

Familiarity with startup environments and 0 1 scale-up journeys

Experience working in diverse sector operations (FMCG, logistics, finance, etc.)

## **Compensation Structure**

Salary: 35 55 LPA (India); negotiable based on scale experience

Performance Bonus: Based on efficiency metrics, turnaround times, and cost savings

Growth Path: Director Global Ops Services COO/CSOO

Team Expansion Budget: Full discretion after 90-day review
