## **About the Role**
As **Head of Market Expansion & Global Operations**, you will spearhead Tradetronix Global s growth across new geographies, anchor operational excellence across verticals, and build high-leverage partnerships with governments, trade bodies, logistics hubs, real estate developers, and institutional stakeholders. This role is both strategic and executional requiring someone with global vision, local intelligence, and operational rigor.
You will establish systems, set up beachheads in high-growth regions, lead expansion sprints, and ensure the firm s operational backbone is scalable, compliant, and profitable across borders.
### 1. **Market Expansion Strategy**
Identify, prioritize, and execute entry strategies into key global markets (Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa)
Develop country-specific growth blueprints covering regulatory frameworks, partnership routes, and market dynamics
Lead formation of legal entities, JV structures, or partnerships in line with Tradetronix s multi-vertical model
### 2. **Global Operations Management**
Set up SOPs, compliance protocols, tax/regulatory governance, and operational workflows across global offices
Work with legal, finance, HR, and AI automation teams to drive efficiency across global operations
Lead vendor contracts, back-office operations, and internal coordination with vertical heads
### 3. **Government & Diplomatic Ecosystem Development**
Build relationships with investment promotion agencies (e.g., Dubai FDI, Singapore EDB), free zone authorities, and trade commissions
Anchor Tradetronix s involvement in trade missions, startup forums, innovation accelerators, and cross-border business forums
### 4. **Partner & Infrastructure Network Building**
Forge local partnerships in real estate, co-working, incubators, warehousing, IT infra, and trade/logistics hubs
Set up scalable office infrastructure and operational frameworks in each target country
Identify local leaders/representatives to lead on-ground expansion efforts
### 5. **Cross-Vertical Coordination**
Collaborate with Heads of Strategic Consulting, Shipbuilding, Real Estate, PE/VC, and Startup Capital to ensure market-fit and synergy
Enable localized operations for startups funded or supported by Tradetronix in each market
## **Ideal Candidate Profile**
8 15 years in international business expansion, global operations, or cross-border consulting
Proven track record of launching offices, partnerships, or operations in 3+ countries
Deep understanding of entity setup, market regulations, cross-border compliance, and execution frameworks
Experience with public-private partnerships, trade facilitation programs, and global B2B networks
### Good-to-Have:
Experience working with startups, investment platforms, or multi-sector firms
Network across chambers of commerce, diplomatic bodies, or international trade councils
Exposure to operating in Dubai, Singapore, UK, or African high-growth markets
Salary: 35 60 LPA (India )
**Performance Bonus**: Based on number of markets launched + operational KPIs
**ESOPs**: Based on long-term contribution to global footprint
High travel budget + autonomy to build global partnerships, teams, and systems
