Job Summary

As a Consulting Manager specializing in Property & Casualty Insurance you will leverage your extensive experience to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions. Working in a hybrid model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and optimize business processes. Your expertise will contribute to the companys growth and societal impact by improving insurance services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic consulting projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to enhance client operations and profitability.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on insurance processes leveraging your deep domain knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and design tailored solutions that address their specific needs and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower client teams with the knowledge and skills needed to implement recommended solutions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with client goals and company objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate consulting solutions with other service offerings and maximize client value.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the consulting practice to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards in all consulting engagements.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in consulting with a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in business finance or a related field an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects that have positively impacted client operations.
