Role Purpose: To lead high-impact consulting engagements and client relationships while driving new business opportunitiesand converting insights into strategic value for clients and the firm.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist Partners and Senior Leadership in business development, project management and client relationship

Scout new business opportunities, pursue and close them independently as projects and take ownership for the fulllifecycle of such projects

Manage existing and new client relationships under the guidance of Partner/s

Publish point-of-views and thought leadership in related domains and areas of focus

Desired Profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in science, humanities, engineering or related fields and a master's degree inmanagement, economics, engineering and related fields or an equivalent experience from institutions of repute

1215 years of operational and / or experience, preferably in consumer or related sectors

Highly proficient in MS Office tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail

Ability to multitask and organise oneself, to work on multiple assignments simultaneously

Proven success in a data-centric and performance-driven organization

Strong understanding of economics, consumer insights, and market dynamics

Demonstrated experience in project management, innovation, and mentoring

Interest/Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Business Advisory Roles:

Has presented, influenced, and championed ideas and translated them into opportunities

Demonstrable experience or ability to analyze macro and micro trends into insights and business pitches

Proven experience of leading high impact projects and responsibilities

Possess an informed point-of-view on social, political and cultural trends for impact and opportunities

Played key roles in growth, innovation and organizational development related initiatives

Actively contributed towards building a culture of data-centricity and excellence
