Job Summary

The People Connect Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors is responsible for managing and optimizing HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role involves consulting with clients, configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient implementation of HR solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR teams, IT departments, and business stakeholders to enhance employee experience and operational Responsibilities :
  • SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Support :
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors People Connect to meet business requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors People Connect and other relevant HR
modules.
  • Provide technical and functional support for system enhancements and updates.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with SAP support teams for resolutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Consulting :
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to understand and analyze HR requirements.
  • Offer expert advice on best practices for SAP SuccessFactors People Connect.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and HR teams.
  • System Optimization & Process Improvement :
  • Optimize HR processes using People Connect features like employee communication, notifications, and engagement tools.
  • Automate HR workflows and improve data accuracy within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP and third-party HR systems.
  • Compliance, Security & Reporting :
  • Maintain compliance with HR regulations and data privacy policies.
  • Configure role-based permissions and security settings in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for HR analytics and Skills & Qualifications Skills :
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors People Connect and other HR modules (Employee Central, LMS, Performance & Goals, etc.
  • Experience in system configuration, implementation, and support for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and API-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors metadata framework (MDF) and workflow Skills :
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to train and guide HR teams on system :
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (People Connect, Employee Central, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or HR technology
