Roles And Responsibilities
- Test Development: Design psychometrically sound assessments for various purposes, including educational and occupational settings.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate the reliability and validity of assessments.
- Report Generation: Generate reports, provide insights, and suggest recommendations based on test findings to various stakeholders.
- Research and Development: Stay updated with advances in psychometric theory and assessment methodologies and contribute to enhancing assessment tools and methodologies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of assessment materials and procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.
- Advanced degree in psychometrics, statistics, or a related field.
- Continued education and professional development in psychometrics.
- Expertise in statistical analysis methods and tools like SPSS.
- Ability to interpret and apply statistical results to enhance assessment validity.
- Familiarity with test construction, validation, and standardization processes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and address measurement challenges.
- Problem-solving ability in refining and improving assessment tools.
- 5+ Years of Experience.
