Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening:

Utilize Naukri.com, job boards, social media, and other channels to source suitable candidates.
Screen resumes to match qualifications and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates fitment.

Bulk Hiring:

Plan and execute mass recruitment drives for sales and other non-IT roles.
Manage walk-in interviews, campus drives, and job fairs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently to handle large volumes.

Talent Pipeline:

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Maintain an updated database of candidates.

Offer Management:

Negotiate salary and close positions within the stipulated timeline.
Manage offer roll-out and onboarding processes.

Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Analyze and present data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Bachelors degree .
Experience:
1-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in
sales and bulk hiring
for non-IT roles.
Skills:
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through
Naukri.com
and other job portals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high volumes of hiring efficiently.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
