Job Title: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) – Consolidation Consultant Level: Consultant Locations: Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad Experience: 4–9 years Education: MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA Job Summary: Join a dynamic consulting team focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and financial transformation initiatives. As a Consultant, you will work with leading global organizations to implement cutting-edge consolidation solutions using technologies such as Oracle EPM, OneStream, SAP Group Reporting, Tagetik, and others. You will play a key role in delivering consolidation process design, system implementation, and data integration projects that enable improved financial planning, control, and compliance across client organizations. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and lead sessions on application design and financial process modeling. Translate financial consolidation requirements into functional and technical solution designs. Build and configure components using EPM tools such as Oracle FCCS/HFM, OneStream, Tagetik, SAP GR, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve process and application-level issues independently. Lead specific workstreams such as consolidation design, application testing, training delivery, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Assist in data conversion and financial data reconciliation during implementation. Develop key project deliverables, including design documents, test plans, training content, and user guides. Required Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, and accounting principles. 4–9 years of experience implementing financial consolidation solutions using at least one EPM platform (e.g., Oracle FCCS/HFM, OneStream, Tagetik, SAP Group Reporting). Hands-on expertise in data mapping, data conversion, and reconciliation. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Effective communication (verbal and written), analytical, and organizational skills. Experience contributing in a collaborative team environment with a client-service mindset. Nice to Have: Exposure to HFM, HFR, FDMEE, or other Oracle EPM modules. Familiarity with Anaplan, Workiva, or SAC. Knowledge of FP&A processes and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
