About the Role

We are seeking passionate and technically skilled professionals to join the Innovation team at the Deloitte. Working very closely with Deloitte India’s Strategy Office and Agentic AI CoE, you’ll prototype AI-powered platforms, digital products, embedded systems and productivity tools that drive real business change. Expect rapid learning, mentorship from industry leaders, and the freedom to push technological boundaries while delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development

• Build and test prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions across innovation zones (Retail, Manufacturing, Digital Studio, Immersive, Advanced Connectivity).
• Develop applications and tools using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Contribute to creating the MVP architecture of scalable platforms

• AI & Emerging Tech Integration

• Run early-stage experiments in AI (Gen AI, Agentic AI, RAG Agents, LLM Agents etc.)
• Implement and fine-tune GenAI models for tasks such as content generation, summarization, and automation.
• Contribute to the development of autonomous agents and workflows using Agentic AI platforms (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).

• Collaboration & Experimentation

• Work closely with designers, domain experts, and senior engineers to co-create innovative solutions.
• Participate in ideation sessions, technical workshops, and client demos.

• Documentation & Maintenance

• Document code, architecture, and technical processes.
• Maintain and iterate on existing prototypes and demo environment

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
