Job Description: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Technical Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Technical Architect to lead and manage the technical delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. This role is focused on system design, integration, migration, and technical execution, providing leadership across technical architecture, customizations, and integration frameworks for Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.

• Design and oversee technical architecture, data migration strategies, and integration frameworks between legacy ERP and Oracle Fusion.

• Conduct and manage technical design workshops with stakeholders.

• Validate migration activities and ensure quality assurance of code, deliverables, and integrations.

• Oversee customizations, extensions, and interfaces/integration developments.

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams.

• Collaborate closely with functional architects, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP technical experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical delivery (Financials, SCM, Manufacturing).

• Strong knowledge of SaaS and PaaS technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration tools.

• Solid understanding of infrastructure, virtualization, database technologies, and scripting.

• Experience in data migration methodologies, ETL, and performance tuning.

• Demonstrated technical leadership with ability to guide teams and drive complex implementations.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience in the mining or natural resources industry.

• Exposure to emerging Oracle Cloud technologies and automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices for ERP delivery.

• Oracle certifications in Fusion Technical Architecture, Integration, or Middleware.

• Experience with cloud security and compliance standards.
