Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant Finance Business Partner. Key responsibilities: - Support month-end closing, MIS, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis & control, working capital management, accounts receivable, inventory management, and preparation & analysis of financial statements and variance analysis & reporting. - Should support internal audits, statutory audits, and internal control. Duration: 8 months Capacity: Full time Location: Gurgaon (hybrid) Skills Required - Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience - Should have experience in partnering with business and various internal & external stakeholders to drive sustainable and profitable growth. - Key areas of expertise should include month-end closing, MIS, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis & control, working capital management, accounts receivable, inventory management, and preparation & analysis of financial statements and variance analysis & reporting. - Experience in internal audits, statutory audits, and internal control. -Strong working knowledge of ERP/SAP/HFM/DFL/BI/EPM & MS Office is required, along with excellent management skills. - The ideal candidate will be agile, trustworthy, responsible, and have a strong sense of ownership, with experience managing multiple channel partner businesses.
