Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage primary sales of construction chemicals to institutional customers, including government agencies and large-scale projects.
  • Develop secondary sales channels through retail partnerships and distributor networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, in the construction chemicals industry.
  • Strong understanding of waterproofing solutions, admixtures, and other specialty chemical products used in construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
