What We Are Looking For:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with

  2–4 years of experience

  in

  Capital Projects, Construction Audit, and Internal Audits

  .
• Prior

  consulting background

  preferred with exposure to sectors such as

  Real Estate, Infrastructure, Power & Utilities, Roads & Highways, Ports, Airports, and Industrial Projects

  .
• Willingness to travel

  30–50%

  based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  construction and capital project audits

  across diverse industries, including Real Estate, Infrastructure, Power & Utilities, Roads & Highways, Ports, Airports, and Industrial Projects.

• Evaluate and test internal controls

  related to construction, project management, procurement, contracts, billing, and cost monitoring.
• Identify, assess, and monitor project-related

  risks

  and assist in developing risk management plans and strategies.

• Independently execute assignments

  , including reviews of systems, project processes, internal controls, and compliance with construction contracts and regulations.
• Assist clients in addressing

  compliance, operational, and financial risks

  in capital projects and construction activities.
• Support development of

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  , process re-engineering, and cost/workflow optimization.
• Work on

  project monitoring, contract management reviews, cost overruns analysis, and vendor audits

  .
• Lead and manage

  client relationships

  , ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance of project outcomes.
• Guide, coach, and mentor team members to build

  technical and professional competence

  .
• Prepare and present

  audit reports, findings, and recommendations

  to senior management and client leadership teams.
