Arrange seating, furniture, and equipment according to meeting requirements.
Ensure cleanliness, adequate lighting, and proper ventilation before sessions begin.
Set up and test audiovisual equipment, video conferencing tools, microphones, projectors, and displays.
Assist with screen sharing, remote connections, and multimedia presentations.
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Greet and assist participants, ensuring they have access to necessary materials or technology.
Monitor meeting schedules to ensure timely starts and finishes.
Coordinate with IT, facilities, and catering teams as required.
Maintain an inventory of conference room supplies (markers, flip charts, adapters, etc.).
Schedule rooms and manage booking conflicts in collaboration with the administrative team.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding meeting space use.
Reset and tidy the conference room for the next booking.
Report any equipment malfunctions or facility issues for repair.
Gather feedback from participants to improve conference room services
