Conference Producer – Web3 Events

Key Responsibilities

Speaker Outreach & Coordination

• Identify, approach, and secure high-profile speakers including founders, policymakers, investors, and industry experts.
• Develop tailored speaker invitations, manage communication, and handle logistics (briefings, scheduling, travel coordination, etc.).
• Maintain a strong speaker pipeline and ensure diverse, balanced, and high-value agendas for each event.
  

Partner Engagement & Collaboration

• Source and onboard strategic partners, collaborators, and ecosystem enablers aligned with each event’s theme and objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth integration into event programming.
• Negotiate deliverables and ensure mutual value creation for all stakeholders involved.
  

Conference Production & Project Management

• Work with internal teams (marketing, design, operations, and business development) to translate speaker and partner inputs into high-quality programs.
• Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
• Continuously collect feedback from speakers and partners to improve future events.
  

Market Research & Innovation

• Conduct ongoing research into emerging Web3, AI, blockchain, and fintech trends to keep agendas cutting-edge and relevant.
• Suggest new formats, topics, and collaboration models that enhance audience engagement and ecosystem impact.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in conference production, partnerships, or speaker management (Web3, fintech, or tech events preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem (blockchain, DeFi, crypto, NFTs, DAOs, tokenization).
• Proven track record in high-level stakeholder outreach, relationship management, and coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment.
