We are seeking a Conference Producer – Web3 Events to own the outreach, coordination, and relationship management for speakers and strategic partners across our global event portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring every event features the most relevant voices and valuable collaborations in the industry. Key Responsibilities Speaker Outreach & Coordination Identify, approach, and secure high-profile speakers including founders, policymakers, investors, and industry experts. Develop tailored speaker invitations, manage communication, and handle logistics (briefings, scheduling, travel coordination, etc.). Maintain a strong speaker pipeline and ensure diverse, balanced, and high-value agendas for each event. Partner Engagement & Collaboration Source and onboard strategic partners, collaborators, and ecosystem enablers aligned with each event’s theme and objectives. Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth integration into event programming.
